Mr. Wolfe is an experienced organizational leader with a demonstrated history of working in the behavioral health care industry. Mr. Wolfe is skilled in Medication Assisted Therapies , Substance Use Disorder, Clinical Consulting, Counseling Psychology, and working with start up organizations to attain operational status and start up systems development and sustainability.
Before joining New Horizons, Mr. Wolfe was previously the Executive Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships with Silver Linings Recovery Center. Mr. Wolfe has also previously served as the Executive Director of Beacon Point Recovery Centers in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
Charles Wolfe posses a Master of Arts focused in Behavioral Health Studies from Alvernia University. He is certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania (CAADC) and the International Equivalent or ICAADC.
